Tenisha also seeks to have the prenuptial agreement declared valid, claiming she has received none of the promised payments. In a statement, she said legal action became necessary to protect her and the couple's nine-year-old daughter after private efforts to settle the estate failed, adding that Warner had intended to update his outdated 1996 estate plan before his death.
