Produced by IBKSLEEK, the song blends infectious beats with catchy lyrics, highlighting KFMD’s musical versatility and growing presence.

The family of Tupac Shakur has filed a wrongful death lawsuit in Los Angeles County Superior Court, seeking damages related to his 1996 murder. The complaint, submitted Tuesday, names Duane “Keefe D” Davis and multiple unidentified co-conspirators as defendants. The suit was brought by Mopreme Shakur, acting as administrator of the estate of his late father, Mutulu Shakur. According to the filing, recent developments (including a 2023 arrest, grand jury transcripts, and a documentary) suggest a broader conspiracy behind the killing that extends beyond earlier theories of retaliation. While many individuals connected to the case have died or remain unidentified, the lawsuit argues that others involved have avoided accountability for nearly three decades.  Davis, who has pleaded not guilty, is the only person criminally charged in connection with the shooting, which occurred on September 7, 1996. Prosecutors allege he was in the vehicle from which the gunman opened fire. Indicted by a grand jury in 2023, Davis is currently awaiting trial, which has been delayed until August. The lawsuit states that additional defendants will be named as new evidence emerges.

Qing Madi has accused her former label, JTon Music, of removing her song “Pepper Me” from Spotify despite its strong performance. The 19-year-old Nigerian artist made the claim via Instagram, linking the move to prior tensions, including a $1 million lawsuit she says the label lost. The track features Zinoleesky and KFMD. Madi also referenced Cynthia Morgan, noting similarities in their experiences with label disputes. Morgan, who in 2025 spoke publicly about mental health challenges partly tied to her struggles within the music industry, was cited by Madi as an example of what she claims is a troubling pattern. Madi expressed frustration over the situation but maintained her focus on continuing her career and resolving the issue. The singer also said she plans to resolve the issue and restore the song to streaming platforms.  The allegations have sparked conversation online, renewing concerns about artist-label relationships in Nigeria’s music scene. Since breaking out with “See Finish” in 2022, Madi has continued her rise with tracks like “Ole” alongside BNXN and her debut album I Am the Blueprint. As of now, JTon Music has not issued a public response.
